Our Firm

At The Law Offices of David L. Hood, we concentrate on a relatively small number of select cases involving clients who have been seriously injured, wronged, disabled or suffered an on the job injury. Our firm handles many other types of personal injury claims, but they typically involve people who have been treated unjustly and need to utilize the legal system in order to achieve a fair resolution. Of the intitial claims we review, our firm typically agrees to representation in about 20% of those with cases. Many friends and family recommend and return to us and we’re proud of our referral rate of 75% for new caes.
